Vinhcent previously served on the board of the California Privacy Protection Agency, and prior to joining TechEquity, Vinhcent served as a Senior Legal Counsel at the Greenlining Institute, where he led initiatives on AI governance, digital equity, and privacy and was instrumental in advancing key legislation around automated decision-making systems.
