Ifeoma Ozoma joins TechEquity’s Board of Directors

About Ifeoma
Ifeoma Ozoma is the Director of Tech Accountability at the Center on Race and Digital Justice, and the Founder and Principal of Earthseed, a consulting firm specializing in the issues of tech accountability and public policy.
Ifeoma co-sponsored the Silenced No More Act. Legislation, signed into law in 2021, that allows workers to share information about discrimination or harassment, regardless of an NDA. Ifeoma created The Tech Worker Handbook, a collection of resources for tech workers looking to speak out on issues in the public interest. Ifeoma co-founded the Transparency in Employment Agreements Coalition, which scaled protections in the Silenced No More Act to workers across the globe through shareholder engagement.
Ifeoma was featured in the 2022 TIME 100Next list, the BBC 100 Women 2022 list, the CNN Risk Takers 2022 list, the Forbes 2022 Future of Work 50 list, InStyle’s 2022 The Badass 50, a list of 50 women “making the world a better place”, and The Root’s 100 Most Influential African Americans of 2021. Ifeoma received a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University.
