Caitlyn Fox
Caitlyn Fox leads strategic initiatives for the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI), including exploring and building out new areas of work for the organization. Caitlyn previously led CZI’s initiative to address housing affordability and access in California. She also served as Chief of Staff of CZI and in that role, helped launch the organization and its initial work in basic science, education, and criminal justice. Prior to CZI, Caitlyn was an Associate at Redstone Strategy Group, advising a range of philanthropic and social sector clients. Caitlyn previously worked for the Rockefeller Foundation in strategic planning and developing new areas of work for the Foundation, with a focus on impact investing and urban issues. She also worked in management consulting serving technology and financial services clients on corporate strategy.
Caitlyn graduated from Brown University with a degree in Political Philosophy and received her M.B.A. from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.
