Vinhcent Le Joins TechEquity

We’re excited to announce that Vinhcent Le is joining TechEquity as our new Vice President of AI Policy.
In this role, Vinhcent will lead our vision and strategy for AI policy initiatives, tackling how AI impacts the most consequential areas of the economy for everyday people: where they live (housing) and the conditions under which they work (labor). Leveraging his experience in legislative advocacy and policy development, Vinhcent will spearhead TechEquity’s campaign for people-first AI policy and provide his expertise to the organization and external stakeholders. He’ll work in coalition with community partners, coordinate the organization’s engagement in rulemaking efforts, and enact people-first AI policy in targeted states across the country.
Vinhcent will also play a key role in our leadership team as we continue to shape TechEquity’s role in building a better tech economy.
“Vinhcent joins us with a solid track record of building coalitions, developing relationships with policymakers, and navigating complex state regulations. As a result of his work as Senior Legal Counsel at the Greenlining Institute and his time serving on the board of the California Privacy Protection Agency, Vinhcent brings a nuanced expertise to TechEquity as we advance an alternative vision for AI that fosters collective prosperity. I can’t wait to see what we’ll accomplish together.”
